The project comprised the refit, refurbishment and reorganisation of two open-plan office suites into a healthcare-focused facility incorporating consultation rooms, a physiotherapy room, reception, waiting areas, clinical storage, staff offices, meeting facilities and dedicated plant spaces. The new accommodation was organised around central circulation routes with integrated tea-point facilities.
A primary design objective was to create a welcoming and discreet environment that promotes privacy, confidentiality and trust, supporting positive engagement between staff and service users.

The works also included the integration of new mechanical and electrical services, together with associated plant spaces, to accommodate enhanced clinical requirements while sensitively adapting the existing building fabric.
