The historic Selsdon Park Hotel is set within a 17th century traditional brick mansion with over 200 acres which was previously a Hotel and Golf Course. The hotel needed a significant renovation and Architon LLP were appointed as Contractor Architects on the part refurbishment of the front of house areas of the hotel.
The proposal included a reception area, wellness space with gym, studios and treatment rooms, two restaurants, three bars and communal areas to work and meet.
The scheme achieved Practical Completion in April 2023.
