Office Refurbishment

Architon played a key role in the comprehensive refurbishment of Jubilee House, transforming an existing 1970s building into a modern operational facility for the Metropolitan Police Service. Spanning approximately 12,000m², the project created a diverse range of specialist accommodation designed to meet complex operational requirements.

The redevelopment incorporated flexible office environments, training and conference facilities, catering areas, a gymnasium, evidential storage, technical equipment rooms, investigation suites and a corporate armoury. Delivered within a live operational environment, the project required careful phasing to allow partial occupation throughout construction.

Achieving a BREEAM Very Good rating, the completed building provides a sustainable, adaptable and highly functional workplace that supports the evolving needs of the Metropolitan Police Service.
