Kingston University

Architon LLP were appointed by Kingston University to provide details for affordable student accommodation. A vacant three-storey townhouse located adjacent to Penrhyn Road Main University Campus.

The proposal included 8 units – three en-suite bedrooms and a shared kitchen at Basement level, two apartments on the Ground and First Floors and one apartment on the Loft level. Each apartment includes a bed area, study area, kitchenette and shower room. The proposal allowed for new doors and windows throughout, cycle storage, new dormer and repairs to the external facades.

The construction works commenced in October 2023 and was completed in July 2024.
