Construction of a new mezzanine deck within an existing 2-storey double height occupied building, known as TC3, to accommodate new Aging Furnace facility and DPG Lab on the first floor, and a central powder handling area on the ground floor.

These works involved complicated co-ordination between building occupiers, existing services and the contractor as well as careful phasing to limit disruption to the client’s business continuity.
