Hogarths Hotel

Architon LLP was appointed by Hogarths Hotel to assist with the design of converting the existing loft space into bedrooms at their Solihull location.

The existing space was underused and mainly used for storage. The client required for the space to be converted into habitable bedrooms for hotel guests.

The proposal includes 11 en-suite bedrooms, new doors and Velux windows throughout.

The construction works commenced in March 2024 and was completed in November 2024.
